On Saturday, October 22, the TSG Helberhausen hosted the Helberhäuser HauBerg-Lauf for the 25th time, which simultaneously concluded the Rothaar running series, AOK-Cup 2022. A total of 196 runners participated in the six different competitions around Helberhausen, with all routes being run in reverse due to the anniversary. In the main race over 12 km, Tim Dally (Sport Schneider Trail Team) was the fastest runner with a time of 45:42 min, followed by Christopher Bräm and Torben Henrich. The fastest women were Maria Espeter in 58:00 min, Ina Haas in 59:37 min, and Astrid Grafe in 1:03:26 h.
